Required Documents
- Report Card or Transcript of Records
- Good Moral Certificate
- Birth Certificate (PSA/NSO)
- Recent 2x2 ID Photo (white background)
Enrollment Steps
- Complete the student information form and submit credentials to the Registrar.
- Wait for evaluation and account creation.
- Pay registration requirements at the Cashier.
- Select subjects through CDL MIS and finalize schedule.
